DELIVERY & RETURN – FINEWOODS

• All Sofa designs are manufactured on order. The usual delivery time is 10-12 working days.
• In the case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product.
• If orders exceed PKR 15,000, then customers need to pay PKR 5,000 in advance. For orders above PKR 30,000, customers will have to pay PKR 10,000 in advance.
• Replacement of any of our products will be accepted only for damaged/defective products.
• Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 24 hours of delivery.
• The replacement will be processed within a maximum of 10 Working days.
• We are so confident in our quality that we offer a 15-year guarantee on our sofas against manufacturing defects on the construction of the frame and frame springs.
